This site was designed and it is maintain by an active member of staff of Homer's Inn hotel. The site was published for first time in 1993, hosted for free by a web hosting provider (xoom). From that time we've noticed that the www provided an better communication between us and our customers. It was therefore decided that the site should be published once again under it's own domain. That's how www.homersinn.net is today a valid domain in the www. The decision upon .net was due to the fact that the creation of a webring or a network of sites about Ios or even Cyclades is contained in our future plans. This "network" should not only include information about Ios (or Cyclades), but also several private sites (Hotels, bars etc.). Furthermore online booking is also an aspect to be considered in the future. The difficulty of such a prospect is outlined by the fact that the hotel co-operates with many travel agencies and tour operators, therefore availability cannot be guaranteed at any time.
